Glad to see lesbian couple show, and they didn’t make it a big deal and there was no focus on coming out, their sexuality just was and it was normal 😃

Otherwise, so many annoying characters; bad acting; bad script; it had potential with the concept but it kinda flopped; so many plot stuff that made no sense..
- The 2020s’ Star Wars- I realized it’s basically just a movie on politics; space + politics- All of the super star actors ruined the illusion for me; particularly Anya Taylor-Joy and Austin Butler, and at times Zendaya — they are too much of an icon to be immersed in the story and believe they are their characters; “oh yeah, it’s a movie” and “oh it’s Zendaya” and not “it’s Chani”- It has some good cinematic shots and some fun world building, but overall not my type of movie 🤷
- It was okay; a fun watch — several funny moments and fun to see animation elements that I’ve learned recently in the movie- However, I’m not rearing to watch it again — at least not for a long while- The music certainly wasn’t its strong point- Strong early Disney energy; reminds me of Aladdin, Mulan, and Emperor’s New Groove; I can also see how it could’ve inspired elements of Tangled - Although I enjoyed all of these ^ movies more than El Dorado
