Imagine you locked a team of writers in a room and told them they couldn’t come out until they replicated the niche success of Die Hard as a Christmas Action movie. I don’t know how long it took but these guys did eventually succeed and get to go home! Very fun action thriller, everything comes full circle, and Jason Bateman is excellent in his role. I’d watch it again in a year when I’d forgotten how fun it was the first time.

Kraven the Hunter 2024
ATJ is shirtless many times. That alone is worth the price of admission. Wooden acting, stilted dialogue, and a lack of editing hold this film back. However, it does have some legitimately excellent action sequences and choreography. I hope it gets a sequel

Almost had some salient points about mental health, how vulnerable people can be manipulated, and how prison can effect those with mental health issues. Instead it decided to do none of those things and just end. I get why people didn’t like it, because it sucked.
