Favourite Hitchcock film. Grace Kelly was phenomenal. The voyeuristic manner in which a murder mystery in something as random as the disabled protagonist' neighbors life was so unique and interesting.

One of the best film noirs I have watched. The straight shots and middle close ups were beautiful. The symbolism of rose petals for tainted hope in captured a really effective mis en scene. The way truth was played about so provocatively yet with complete darkness was beautifully portrayed.
