Rewatched this suspecting I’d like it more than before. Ended up loving every damn second. Undoubtedly the greatest western ever made, and it's not even close. Every single character is supremely interesting and/or likeable. The setting is dusty, dirty, windy and exactly what I imagine the old west was like. This might even be Morricones' best work, and that's saying a lot. The world building is great, with tons of extras and details making the world feel completely real. Cinematography is immaculate and makes for an incredibly believable and grand scale throughout. Got goosebumps about 15 times. Masterpiece.

Rambo: Last Blood 2019
Stallone still manages to be believably menacing as Rambo at 73 years old, while Robert De Niro can barely lift his foot of the ground to kick someone while they are down in The Irishman.
