The speeches that Matty Ferrigno gives his son are so well said that he sounds like a poet. Great documentry which feels like a long vlog and I think any bodybuilder fanatic would enjoy this.

This film is what you would want to do if you took the day off but realistically you would sit at home on your bed and watch this movie. Great film though especially if your off from school or work for being 'ill'.
