Mike Bassett: England Manager 2001
For some reason this is one of my longer reviews and if you (fairly) can't be arsed to read it then I'll summarise with this: Bradley Walsh deserves an Oscar for 'Best On-Screen Yes Man'.
Despite the evident low budget demonstrated through the production quality, no other film has made me laugh more consistently throughout than this did.
The pace of the film was something that made it so good. It was easy to watch with plot twists and one-liners…

Anyway, I was certainly entertained and my respect for Sacha Baron Cohen grew enormously. Safe to say that it's a fucking mental film which has its pros and cons with some scenes being borderline unbearable. Alas, they made an utter tit of Rudy Guiliani which was nice. Maybe even very nice ;)
