On one hand, I see what the movie was trying to go for. I think Coppola has seen that the American empire is on it's way out and he wants to give young people a message of hope of how to deal with these issues. And there was some unique editing that I thought were done very well, ie the montages.

The Batman 2022
Jesus, the cinematography in this movie is insane. I wanted to rewatch this to see more Greig Fraser's work, and there are some drop dead gorgeous shots with impressive camera work. With how shallow the depth of field is, I'm so impressed by the 1AC even having anything in focus.
I remember for my first time watching it, the pacing felt long and drawn out, especially the 3rd act. This go around however, knowing how it ends, it definitely helped a lot with the pace.
Definitely appreciate this one a lot more now and I'm excited to see more of this world
