The Great Debaters 2007
This is a great movie. Denzel is intense, the acting is great. It shows an untame truth of the way things were racially in this country at one time. It also avoids political injections of view and tells the story of a group of young black school kids growing into leaders trough the debate team. If only both white and black communities and all Americans of all colors could follow the script of this great watch, and prioritize discipline, hard work, struggle and growth, how much better could we be?

This movie is what it is meant to be, fun. No a cimema masterpiece, certainly, but it is a great fun 80's movie. Kenny certainly was much better singer than actor, but he has charisma. Diane Lane is good and the other kids certainly are memorable. Great watch if you like 80's movies

Trouble with the Curve 2012
Th film is very good, everything one would expect from Eastwood. It is a touching story that is predictable but allows for the characters to grow and develop in an organic way.
