This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
While I love the sport of bodybuilding this is one of the weakest documentaries out there and I was simply watching it for the sake of saying I have.
It’s famously misleading in its narrative, depicting some bodybuilders as sort of a hero and villain or David and Goliath but it’s largely fabricated. It also showcases a lot of lies from Arnold but that’s no surprise given his reputation.

I usually don’t like sci fi as I often feel they’re either too cheesy or introduce concepts that don’t get fully explained. This film gives a perfect amount of info so the viewer knows what’s going on, but still leaves out enough to make an interesting mystery. I also like how the information given throughout the movie will completely change how you view it on rewatch.
