really fun time. kinda felt like avenue 5 being made by someone who actually cared about making a cogent story along the way. the pattinaissance is ongoing and he delivers yet another absolutely incomprehensible accent in a surprisingly complex role. toni collette is vile and perfect as always, i love that you can expect that whatever she's up to in a part these days it's going to feel like nails on a chalkboard. want to see even more mark ruffalo…

i really tried to like it. i did. but it's boring capeshit at it's core with really nothing to offer. we did all of this in civil war. the entire movie's point seems to be to establish adamantium as a thing and that the avengers are being rebuilt. waste of time, and combining this with how awful the russo brothers have been since endgame...doomsday might be a hard stop on marvel movies for a long time if/when it flops.

got a little bit clumsy at times as it stumbled through some of the buildup scenes between various folks getting crocketted but a very fun ride overall with a great ending. dug the hell out of this.
