    Delicious. Finally, some good fucking food.

    Is it low-key Catholic propaganda? Yes, in the sense that the film seems to believe that there is something about the church that can be redeemed (hence the minus 0.5 star). But such beautiful Catholic propaganda. The cinematography! The shots! The framing! That one shot of the cigarette butts on the floor!

    This is a story about how a lonely person can become a serial predator targeting children that for some reason was presented as a cute "romantic" story. It just doesn't hit, especially after several teachers from my former high school were exposed for grooming students and causing psychological damage that lasted for years, even decades.

    My most carceral opinion is that anyone that liked this movie should be put on a watchlist.
