Brilliant, gory class commentary pairs exquisitely with roommie having a 2nd date on the other side of the wall.

They cannot make me hate this film!!! I fear the haters saying it’s too on the nose haven’t seen don’t look up, and I would love to know if those saying it’s too cliche really predicted more than 1/3 of the ending’s events.

This movie weaved impressively through being funny, poignant, and important, and sometimes all 3 at the same time. Building up my Letterboxd fan base so had to watch a classic tonight. This film was witty and fun, but I thought it was drawn out a lot in the middle. It did have a very strong opening and ending, and Marissa Tomei is a national hero (seeing her jump with excitement a la shot heard round the world made me a little emo- iykyk). A lot of girl power for an older film too.

Overall a win for the argumentative community!
