I watched this movie without any prior knowledge...never saw the trailer, never heard of it. I have to say, this is one of the most daringly absurd movies I’ve ever seen, but i guess i was heavily entertained. Confusion, hilarity, hysteria at its finest. Johnny randomly sprinkled throughout the later half of the movie...bizarre and disturbing and ridiculous in every un-imaginable way possible.

Ghosts of Sugar Land 2019
I enjoy the way this was filmed, especially the way they incorporated their photos in the edits and such. Compelling, tragic story. Yet I felt that the documentary itself lacked the depth the story has/didn’t do it enough justice. They just scratched the surface.
That being said though, it’s definitely worth watching/think there needs to be more things like this out there.

I Don't Feel at Home in This World Anymore 2017
Started a little slow at first, but I loved the quirkiness of the film and was so invested in her character that I wanted to know what happened. Essentially the whole film can be describe by 3 words: What. The. F***! Will catch you totally off guard. Very creative.

It Comes at Night 2017
To be honest, I had no idea what was happening during the entire film. Despite this, I’d still encourage everyone to watch it.
The film was well done from a cinematography standpoint - in classic A24 fashion - but the plot was unclear. My biggest frustration was that they kind of just threw you into a similar scenario of 2009 “The Road” without prefacing how they got there and what was this sickness/how it is contracted. So much lost potential with this one.
