  Absolutely bonkers, definitely one of my favourite animators. The style is wild. A lot of male gaze and misogyny though which is hard to get past but when it’s not those parts it’s very fun

  Felt hit over the head with all the intertextuality, but in a good way. Being able to pull off a 40 minute prologue before hitting the opening credits is a testament to how good this movie is. Thoroughly enjoyed.
