Felt hit over the head with all the intertextuality, but in a good way. Being able to pull off a 40 minute prologue before hitting the opening credits is a testament to how good this movie is. Thoroughly enjoyed.
How can such a depressing movie sound so good. Fairly obvious thing to point out but I never get over how much of this history is still seen in the present
