  This movie didn’t really do a good job showing the Turkish culture but I think it was mostly because it was from the point of view of a young girl who’s growing up and learning more about sex and other things. I would say the only thing that bothered me and felt a bit unnatural was the fact that the girls’ grandma and uncle were so traditional and strict that they were making them marry men that they didn’t know…
