honestly still an amazing watch in 2025, only thing that took me out of it was that terrible green screen and i think leaving the ending vague would have made the film sit with me longer. the green screen is a product of its time so i can forgive that pretty easily. however i love the puppetry, the high fantasy and the commitment to the meta commentary surrounding escapism and storytelling !!
