The Girl, the Gold Watch & Dynamite

I don't think I saw a character lose an accent so fast in a sequel since Storm in X2: X-Men United. This inferior sequel to The girl, The Gold Watch, and Everything well...flat out sucks. Bizarre little ghost in the machine tv show half produced by a public television channel and shot on video. As a player of the titular game for the better part of 20 years, it's satisfying to catch enough references and easter eggs for the knowledgeable but it's not so steeped in gatekeeping that it will entertain general audiences without coming off as pretentious. Competently shot and edited. The tracking shot chase scene with the Druid stands out as a favorite. Expierence this films legacy and have a drinking party with Jeremy Irons in Dungeon and Dragons…
