Perfect Days 2023
This movie hit me in a way I didn’t expect. Like Hirayama, my life revolves around routine work, making meals, studying art, and mostly keeping to myself. There’s a comfort in that, but Perfect Days made me think about how even the most structured life gets interrupted by relationships, whether we seek them out or not.
One of the parts that struck me the most was his relationship with his niece. The way she was drawn to his quiet world…
