  I wasn’t sure what to expect but this low-key and somewhat slow moving narrative was refreshing in a few ways. I didn’t grow up with religion but the rituals are intriguing to me so it felt like a glimpse into a secret group. Also just understanding/being reminded that there are many points of views in the Catholic Church even though it struggles to stay relevant to modern life. Beautiful to look at. Isabella Rosallini is always amazing.
