    I love the visual storytelling. There's something powerful about letting animals act like animals in storytelling. Yes, their abilities are a bit exaggerated, but they are still believable animals. This film is beautiful.

    I think this was pretty great in the beginning because they were just absurdly exploring the concept of death, but after the timeskip, it tries to actually be a focused story and loses its gas. Not to say it's terrible or anything. The story they try to tell just gets a bit in the way of the best aspects of this film. I liked it overall. Wish they would've gone a bit crazier and gone in a different direction for the latter half.

    I can see why Mark S. underwent the severance procedure.

    Kiki's Delivery Service at first glance, it seems great, but once you look deeper into it, you find that there really isn't much there. Still, I had a mostly positive experience.




    Story (7/10): There wasn't much depth to it, but it kept my interest. At least until the end. The final conflict felt forced.




    Pacing (7.5/10): Most of it was well paced, but I felt that there were some parts that were rushed. Near the end, for example.
