i didn’t hate it. I don’t really have anything interesting to say about gender politics but when i walked out of the theater my girl cousin (12) told me “when i grow up I want to buy the new 2024 Chevy Blazer” which i thought was kind of weird. other than that it was pretty funny

Overall, “Wicked” is a disappointing adaptation that fails to capture the magic of its stage predecessor.
