Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind 2004
I was recommended this movie by a so called “avid movie connoisseur” who didn’t like how to train your dragon. In hindsight that should have been the first red flag. Yet I decided to watch it and - while admirably different and interesting - I found my self grasping as straws for any signs of coherency throughout the movie. While a bold tasteful jump into an already saturated romance market, this movie did almost too much to provide a different experience, albeit having a remarkable ending.
