  I had to rewatch much of this and I can't stop thinking about it. An insane story that couldn't be told any other way and you just gotta roll with the punches - which is often the best way to watch.

  It took me 24 minutes to realize I didn't have the subtitles on, but with the physical performances and stunning set designs, it's almost not necessary. The world that Tati builds here is beautiful. He manages to create a dystopian, and ultra-consumer-driven world, while still managing to find innocence and disorder, through each of the stories. Just great.
