Only because we heard the song in the grocery store so had to watch this movie. I haven’t seen it in probably 20 years and I loved it even more on a rewatch than I did then. Heath is charming. JGL what a little cutie. Alison Janney hilarious. I love a good Shakespeare retelling. Had more funny bits than most rom-coms.

This reminded me of king’s man before I realized it was the same creator. It was wildly entertaining and also over the top antics especially towards the end, the last third was probably my least favorite part of the movie.
 I enjoyed the premise and maybe I should have seen the twists coming but I didn’t. It’s longer than it needs to be, and it rolls into multiple genres as it progresses which can be tonally confusing but honestly I went into it with zero to low expectations and ended up having a great time. The VFX is terrible.
