It’s good to see that Dennis Quaid and Jack Nicholson’s son’s careers are doing well. With that said, they are both solid in this diverting, if not earth shattering action flick. Although I’m not completely sure they explored the antagonist’s pain resistant quality as much as they could have, and the conclusion drags, Novocaine is still passable enough as early Spring fare. I did appreciate that they took time to build up our characters, even if they didn’t give them much to do in the second act. Grade C. Discuss…..

It’s only March and we are already at our second Steven Soderbergh and David Koepp collaboration.
