  A faithful adaptation that beautifully captures the feelings of the original. This made me just as emotional as when I read this one-shot for the first time and it made me feel like a little kid who loved drawing once again, sitting in the back of class drawing anime girls with my friends. The sketchy-like art style is a perfect adaptation of Fujimoto's drawings and the expressions are perfect. ;__;

  Honestly didn't expect to find it so funny, was mostly expecting a lot of low hanging "insecurities am I right ladies?" type jokes (Which were definitely still there) but the humor and comedic timing overall really worked for me. Thanks Ryan Gosling I will never pronounce "granted" the same way ever again. The coming of age story worked well too

  The Super Mario Bros. Movie 2023

  Overall was a very fun and straightforward kid's movie. As a fan of the Mario games I loved seeing these characters and world come to life, and all the references. :)

  Bowser steals the show and the love between Mario and Luigi is very heartwarming to see. Peach was really fun, might have steered a bit into generic "girlboss" territory tho.

  It really did feel like a video game and got me itching to play some Mario after I left…
