  This was too real and it was a perfect look at the transformation of motherhood. I sobbed several times and saw myself clearly in the protagonist. Amy Adams is a knock out. I can’t think of a single film that perfectly captures the inner turmoil of becoming a mother. The dynamics between the mother and father were phenomenal and expertly maintained the focus on mother, while showing how even the best, well meaning fathers can be insensitive and cause hurt.…

  Even though the story may feel a bit predictable, it’s the way in which it is told that makes this movie masterful. Impeccable atmosphere, really eerie. Really enjoyed it

  I was extremely entertained by this movie and the visual effects, which after spending 2 years in quarantine, is absolutely enough for a 4 star rating. Jokes aside, I did really like this movie.

  Beneath 2013

  Beneath contains a few solid jump scares but lacks plot. Why was there a secret hole? Who were the 19? Why is everyone going crazy? In conjunction with a pretty terrible ending, the plot gaps ruined what was overall an entertaining movie. Didn’t hate it.

Following
