Set It Up 2018
i really liked this movie! Some parts were predictable, but there were definitely a few things I didnt see coming. This movie is kinda similar to the Parent Trap, except it's two interns setting up their intense bosses to finally get some free time. I liked how multiple relationships were being explored at once throughout the movie, and how many of the main characters were dynamic - they grew and changed as the movie went on. One of the characters did a grand gesture of sorts, and although that trope can be kinda overdone, I think it worked with this romcom!

Deadpool 2016
pretty good! kinda unhinged, but I liked it. nice mix of comedy/horror/superhero genres that I personally haven't really seen before. A little raunchy at times, but not terrible.
I liked how Deadpool is presented as more of an anti-hero as opposed to most of the superheros in the MCU.
kept me invested the whole time, which I miss about Marvel movies now. Everything after Endgame hasn't been great in my opinion - besides Spiderverse and Wakanda Forever.
