    A rewatch but a damn worthwhile one. John Carpenter certainly knows how to tell an effective story with as little fluff as necessary. A classic closed-door style mystery with an extraterrestrial horror lens. While some may say the puppets used for the titular creature are kitschy, I think they still do the job effectively and, as someone who loves puppetry and creature design, I believe the special effects work is stunning.
