    When does fiction become religion?
Fun, campy 90's horror. Fiction becomes reality, and vice versa. Haven't read much Lovecraft or Stephen King to draw any comparisons but I've played over 300 hours of Bloodborne, which is close enough, I think

One of the most gorgeous movies I've ever watched, beautifully surreal landscapes abound. I love art, I love movies as art, and Kwaidan certainly fits the criteria for "every frame a painting." I'd been putting this one off because of the runtime but the pacing is really not bad at all; if anything the slow pace allows you to savor the stunning visuals and atmosphere, which this film has no shortage of.
