It wasn’t great, but it didn’t suck either. Overall, it was just a convoluted movie that wasn’t exactly easy to follow. The premise is good, the plot was decent, but the execution was mediocre. Too much time was taken for the antagonist to plan an escape, which seemed like a bunch of things thrown out there. And the supposed twists were predictable, with the exception of the last one, which was kinda a lame reveal. And the open-ended ending makes you wonder what exactly happened.

Ron Stallworth is an American hero. This is what cops should be like. This the kind of people we need in law enforcement right now.

Though it wasn’t as great as it could have been (louisely, it was too short), I’d still say it’s super important in regard to DC lore. However, as DC animated films go, Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths is certainly a better film.
