Hated this movie.

Can’t believe the same man that made on of the most iconic movies of the last 30 years has put his name against this.

Paul mescal was fine, he looked like he was going to cry in every scene though.

Denzel was a redeeming element of this movie, it felt like he fully embodied a man scheming things up, all ways rubbing his hands together, except that his characters story was so shit. 

CGI sharks are fucking hilarious hahaha

Laughable, but not in a good way.

Incredible acting performances from the main cast, the writing & acting felt quite visceral.

Gripping storytelling
Shot & edited amazingly as-well

Had almost no idea the direction the plot was moving leaving the movie feeling quite suspenseful, would recommend a watch if you’re bored!

Amazing atmospheric world building from Nolan, however it seems like there were no fucking microphone operators when they recorded this morning because the dialogue sounds like it was recorded on an iPhone 4 

Cool concept, cool ending but fucking hell it was hard to figure what was going on because you had to patch it together in pieces from the dialogue

An amazing movie that I never want to watch ever again, fucking terrifyingly intense.
- Hugh Jackman, Jake Gyllenhall & Paul Dano had incredible performances.
- Villeneuve is an incredible director, a lot of symbolism in this movie & he is a master of suspense.
Got my blood pressure up quite a fucking lot.
