  This movie is emblematic of everything wrong with movies these days. Nothing can be standalone. It has to have some sort of IP attached to it. You would think that having the Looney Tunes alone would be enough, but no. Warner Bros. couldn't help themselves. They simply couldn't help themselves.   If I were to rank every Pixar movie from worst to best, this would probably rank in the dead middle of the list. It's not a bad movie, far from it, but it doesn't do anything to warrant it being ranked any higher. It's just your generic kids movie but frankly elevated higher because it was made by Pixar during their peak.
