  Tokyo Crisis is an absolutely spectacular film in the long line of the Lupin III series.

  This particular special focuses heavily on Zenigata, and may I just say: more Lupin III media needs to do this. Our favorite bumbling detective deserves his praise. While focusing on Zenigata, the film never feels like it's ignoring other characters. Each and every character has their purpose, and not a single one feels written off in any way.
