This film came out in 1992 but oddly enough it feels like a quintessential 80s action flick. It's something Walter Hill has done in the 80s. Follows in the same spirit with Streets of Fire (1984) and Johnny Handsome (1989).
Ringo Lam has experimented a lot with the shots and it's a massive upgrade from City on Fire (1987). The ending is simply flawless which just elevates everything!
