    I love Michael Mann films from Last of the Mohicans, to Hear, collateral and even Miami Vice. I think he can do about anything! His use of sound, camera direction and the performances he gets are very signature to his style. 

    That being said, Ferrari is a great addition to his catalogue, but not his best work. Don’t get me wrong, the intensity in the racing sequences matched the intensity of his scenes with Penelope Cruz, who stole the scene…

    I really wanted to LOVE the Creator! The Script was just not great. The visuals are amazing with Gareth Edwards as always. He knows how to mix real and CGI in a way that is so great. He can frame really beautiful shots, but this is beautiful and just kind of empty. It does have anything good or bad to say, it has nothing to say. It’s just meh.
