Lootera 2013
At times this movie feels a bit slow but definitely Lootera can be declared as one of Sonakshi’s finest films. The storyline sounds a bit tacky but the scenes shot in the Mahals and Baagans of rural Bengal look dazzling.
Sanwar Loon by Monali Thakur is just another feather in the cap.
Ranveer Singh as always looks stunning and moulds perfectly with the demands of the character.

Thoughts I had after watching The Lunchbox (2013):
The movie brings something that has been missing from the mainstream bollywood cinema. A simplified story with a touch of typical middle class romance. What intrigued the most is the female characters in the film, Ila (Nimrat Kaur), Deshpandey auntie and Ila's mother. A parallel is created in their lives by questioning their relationships with their husbands.
