I had loose expectations for Kill Bill Vol. 1. Surprisingly, I hadn’t come across any spoilers or hints so I had the slightest clue what to expect going into it (apart from the line by O-Ren: “Silly Caucasian girl likes to play with Samurai swords.” I was pleased to get to see the context of that quote 😁). The first scene set the tone for what type of movie this would be for sure, but I don’t think I grasped…
