  One of the worst movies I’ve ever seen. Love most everyone involved but my god I think i **hate** this movie lol

  I couldn’t stop watching but it made me feel awful, quite similar to the first time I watched Hereditary but I love that movie. 🤷🏻‍♂️

  The Substance 2024

  Wow. I went in knowing nothing about this film other than it was nominated and a critique on plastic surgery. I did not expect this to be both the hottest and grossest film I’ve ever watched; emphasis on grossest. 

  I actually can’t believe a film like this was nominated for best picture, I mean I can understand why it should be but I can’t believe like Academy liked it— my parents would have turned this off 20 minutes in lol…

  This was awesome!!!

  I had tons of fun watching this even tho the performances were spotty throughout and the end, slightly dissatisfying. The story was awesome, the stakes were high, the characters were cool! This was a good look into the lore of Alien too as I haven’t seen every film. I’ve seen Alien, Aliens, and Prometheus so I figure I’ve seen the important ones? Idk lol

  In any case if you like sci-fi at all, you’ll like this film.
