    I’ll keep this one short and sweet. This movie is one where you know exactly what you’re getting into. It’s Pixar and it’s a sequel, so there’s not a lot to surprise you. As a sequel this movie introduced a number of new characters. While some shined others fell a little flat. But at the end of the day, the story was good and it genuinely made me laugh out loud. Not Pixar’s best, but far from their worst. If you’ve seen the first one and want more, it’s a no brainer.

    This is one of those movies where it’s hard to say exactly what makes it’s so good. I mean the obvious answer is Jim Carrey. He makes Truman unbelievably easy to root for as he starts piecing together the fabricated world around him.

    Challengers had all the pieces of a good movie. Great acting, well written, EXCELLENT score. However, if it makes sense, the love triangle focus of the plot is uninteresting to me no matter how well written it is? For arguments sake, let’s say I don’t like broccoli. A chef prepares me some amazing broccoli, and I eat it and say “yeah you know that’s pretty good.” But at the end of the day, it’s still broccoli.
