Civil War 2024
This film used haunting imagery that calls back to war movies of the past. The characters each have a distinct arc that shows the true horror that the press faces in times of war. I’d say what makes you feel uneasy the entire movie is seeing the streets of America and some popular places we’re all familiar with involved in an American civil war. The question we face now is what will you take away from this movie? A glamorization of war or a haunting warning that this could become the future of our country if we are not careful.

A great movie with a very strong ensemble of actors. This movie was hyped up with trailers and I was surprised that even in a movie where you know the conflict before even seeing the movie it still managed to be surprising. The actress playing Abigail was amazingly compelling and was the star of the movie. I'd watch this movie again especially if you are in the mood for a horror film with a touch of camp.
