I saw myself on screen.
Maddy (not her name) said “stop apologising”, and that made me cry because I was guilty for wanting to apologise for apologising.
It resonated with me when they were talking about the things that were “wrong” with them.
It’s a process, this business, of figuring oneself out; but to what end? How do you bury one’s self? How much time do we truly have and how much of ourselves do we have to burry?
