The Whale 2022
weird fucking movie. On paper it should suck because it’s a long ass movie on one location with one character who has more width than depth. the performances are really fucking good, the ending is well done and I fucking love Aronofsky. there are moments that definitely drag cause it’ll just be like five minutes of Charlie doing fat people shit to make the audience feel sad so often when the dialogue is what actually makes it good
