I put off watching this for forever bc I felt like making a sequel defeated the premise of before sunrise. This was def a solid watch and I feel like my appreciation for it will grow with me.

Princess Mononoke 1997
Another banger. Had to watch this one twice. I really appreciated how every character had redeeming traits; and how these characters interact with each other in a way where they all have their own story. I never felt like a character was used solely to support the plot. Each name is fleshed out with their own arc and they all struggle to balance their self interests, the good of their tribe, and the pursuit of harmony that ultimately drives the plot.
