  nothing will ever beat the feeling of watching early marvel movies. historically superheroes were made to combat the fears that arose in the public during the great depression leading into world war 2. the fantastical heroes saving the day and fighting against the evil of the world eased the minds of americans while soldiers were across seas fighting their own bad guys. 
  this movie coming out at the same time as an economic recession and growing fears based around terrorism…
