a star each for oliver’s entitlement, zealous manipulation/obsession, the bathtub slop.
saw this as a depiction of narcissism in how oliver feels entitled to all the wealth, admiration and ’love’ he sees felix receiving seemingly effortlessly, until i saw the criticism towards the film failing as a class commentary. i agree, did not see it as one, and yes, it fails as one if it tried to be one.
