had to skip half of this to get to a sliver of substance but it did effectively scare me in a few scenes. the not knowing what was going on at all really bothered me. i did enjoy the idea of your mind playing tricks on you after looking at darkness for so long, because it's a universal experience, which is really cool to see it showcased and highlighted in a film. if there was more detail and more scary…
