  I wish I was the one to write and direct this movie. I hope to some day create something like this. The atmosphere, the timelessness (or time-fulness?); the mood, the settings, the lighting. The concept itself! The ending! Everything here serves a purpose and every take unfolds the plot beautifully. It’s a world so familiar, so close to our own – the porch light, the porch chairs, the swingsets, the neighborhood… but it’s also so elusive and disconnected from reality as we know it, to a point where it goes back into being familiar. There’s nothing quite like this movie.
