A near-perfect movie, that's marred by Bruce Willis. The part between Christopher Walken's monologue and Bruce's character leaving his apartment to find his watch is bad. What's weird is that I actually like the rest of Bruce Willis' story.
Besides that, everything else is amazing. The soundtrack slaps hard, and there's Samuel L. Jackson.
Not my favorite Tarantino movie, but I can understand people who think this is his best.
Most of everything that I wanted in a Tarantino movie is here: a laid-back feel, the incredible Tarantino dialogue, and the wild violence at the end.
The best part about this movie is that it immerses you in a GORGEOUS 1969 Los Angeles. I could watch 3 hours of Brad Pitt driving around this Los Angeles.
I'm a little surprised that many Tarantino movie rankings place this near the bottom. I guess that the scenes of the characters just chilling…
