Strange World 2022
Some fun action scenes, but story that seems to be on autopilot. I don't want to sound like a conservative, but a lot the characters seemed picked up from scanning "I want a Disney movie with REPRESENTATION!" Tumblr posts and assembled into an unobtrusively generic adventure.
There is a twist which reveals something that ties the design of the titular Strange World together, but comes too late; for most of the runtime it's kid friendly version of most basic fantasy…

I thought this was would be a comedy, but it's really just lighthearted action movie. Was the show a comedy? The title sounds like a comedy. Anyway, generally fine. If "stylish 60s fashion fun spy action movie" sounds like a thing you would like, I'm sure you'll love this. The ending sets up a franchise, which is clearly not going to happen.
